Cerro Chapeu Reserva Chardonnay

Ripe Chardonnay grapes carefully selected and harvested by hand in Cerro Chapeu.

Half of the wine is fermented with native yeasts in new French oak barrels for 6 to 10 months in contact with the lees, then combined with the wine straight from the tank. With minimal handling, this wine is bottled to preserve its fresh and complex aromas.
