Cerro Chapeu Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon

During the exceptional vintage of 2020 we had special results in our 40-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard, so we made this limited edition of 1,300 bottles.

It comes from an old plot on the Cerro Chapeu estate, where the unique soils and the elevation of more than 250 meters above sea level provide the ideal conditions for this variety. The fruit was hand-picked and vinified in open tanks in our gravity-fed cellar.

Then it was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, which with minimal manipulation we obtained a fresh, complex and unfiltered red wine.
