Cerro Chapeu Pinot noir
In 1973 Quico Carrau Pujol selected this region in northern Uruguay for its continental climate and deep red sand soils with good drainage. This soil formation is called Batoví.
This wine is made from the fruit of mass selection vines, in a vineyard planted in 1987 in Cerro Chapeu.
