Cerro Chapeu Reserva Nebbiolo "Edición limitada"
During the exceptional 2018 vintage we had special results in our Nebbiolo vineyard, which is why we made this Limited Edition of 2,558 bottles as our 2018 vintage selection. It comes from a small plot on the Cerro Chapeu estate, where the unique soils and elevation of more than 1000 feet above sea level give the ideal conditions for this variety.
The fruit was hand-picked and vinified in open tanks in our gravity-fed cellar. Then it was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, which with minimal manipulation we obtained a fresh, complex and unfiltered red wine.
