Cerro Chapeu Nebbiolo

In 1973 Quico Carrau Pujol selected this region in northern Uruguay for its continental climate and deep red sand soils with good drainage. This soil formation is called Batoví.

This wine is made from the fruit of mass selection vines in a century-old vineyard in Las Violetas, Canelones.
