White in contact with leather 90% Trebbiano with 10% Petit Manseng leather

Cerro Chapeu, Rivera, Uruguay. 250 meters above sea level. Continental climate with great thermal amplitude.

SOIL PROFILE
Soils of alluvial origin from volcanic materials washed over millions of years that formed very deep reddish sediments rich in iron, with great depth and good drainage.

HARVEST

Hand-picked with 15kg crates.

ELABORATION

The Trebbiano clusters are destemmed into the tanks and kept in maceration with their skins and Petit Manseng skins for 3 months. Fermented with selected native yeasts. It is then bottled with minimal manipulation to retain all its freshness with nominal So2.
