70% Trebbiano and 30% Malvasia

Cerro Chapeu, Rivera, Uruguay. 250 meters above sea level. Continental climate with great thermal amplitude.

SOIL PROFILE
Soils of alluvial origin from volcanic materials washed over millions of years that formed very deep reddish sediments rich in iron, with great depth and good drainage.

HARVEST
Handpicked with 15kg boxes.

ELABORATION
The Trebbiano and Malvasia clusters are destemmed and pressed separately. They then carry out alcoholic fermentation with native yeast in stainless steel tanks for 6 months for natural clarification. It is bottled unfiltered with minimal handling to preserve all its freshness.
