Bodega Cerro Chapeu

1752 Gran Tradición Petit Manseng-Viognier

This white wine was developed during an R&D program with the aim of “Increasing yeast biodiversity in wine fermentation to increase flavor complexity”.

Exceptionally concentrated Petit Manseng and Viognier grapes from the Melilla estate, with maritime influence from the Río de la Plata and clay soils with calcareous influence. It is vinified in our cellar by gravity in Cerro Chapeu and fermented in new French oak barrels for 6 months. It is then bottled with minimal handling, to preserve its fresh and complex aromas.
