Cerro Chapeu Reserva Pinot noir

The Pinot Noir grapes come from the only vineyard square of this variety in Cerro Chapeu. The fruit was harvested by hand and vinified in open tanks in our gravity cellar.

Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels, with minimal handling, we obtain an average of 4,800 bottles per vintage of an unfiltered, fresh and complex red wine.
